Used to order here all the time but in the last year standards have fallen found hair in my food on one occasion been sent orders with food missing last time we ordered 1 chips and one salt and chillie chips 2 fried rice 3 soups they were all freezing cold after waiting one hour for delivery 3 Hungary kids all eating food I had to reheat in the microwave when i complained about it I was told they needed the freezing cold food back before they could do anything absolutely disgusting kids had to wait another 20 minutes for food to arrive won’t be back that’s done it for me over priced low standards and substandard food that’s not even hot when it arives

Heard good things but was very average. Big menu but not many nice dishes. Big portions to be fair.
Salt chilli chips okay. Sweet sour chicken okay. Salt chilli ribs terrible, just chunks of poor quality fatty meat covered in onions. Chilli cracked chicken rubbish. Wouldn’t be back.

Best Chinese restaurant and take away across central Scotland for food, service, atmosphere, the lot. People travel far and wide for a Cotton House treat. You should too.

I’m so glad I did, definitely the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been in .

Went there on New Years day for my mother's birthday. 1st time at the Cotton House. We will definitely go back. The food was excellent, although a bit too much for my elderly mother I would recommend an option of smaller portions.

The food is lovely and the service is always great. I would deffo recommend booking a table cos anytime we have went it's been super busy. Value for money is great too. I highly recommend the Fire Cracker Chicken.

Very disappointing. Having had a lovely meal a few weeks ago at The Tea House we went out of our way to travel quite a distance to try The Cotton House and we were expecting similar or better. The starter was fine but we waited over an hour for the main course to be served. An hour in which no one checked if we wanted more drinks, or explained the excessive wait. Main courses were okay except for the crispy beef which was more like batter scraps with very little beef. As we had a small child with us who was getting as bored with the wait as we were, we elected to leave without deserts. When we made staff aware they cancelled our drinks charge and apologised. Spoilt what was supposed to be a lovely birthday meal out.
